Return Process

  Log into your account to download your pre-filled return form or use the printed slip included in your original delivery.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our online portal to your parcel.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
